On Sunday 12th July 2026, Back To The Future The Musical’s tour carries it to District Of Columbia, for a limited time in Kennedy Center Opera House of Washington. Part of the most developed entertainment venues of Washington, Kennedy Center Opera House is a tourist attraction that has become a landmark in the district and also holds state-of-the-art facilities expected of any high-class venue.

Back To The Future The Musical presents the tale of Marty McFly, who has an easygoing and simple life, yet is transported earlier to the year 1955 (3 decades earlier) caused by accidental time travel. The famous West End play, which premiered in the United Kingdom earlier in the year of 2020, is founded on the late 1985 movie with the same title and also authored by the original creators, Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale.

Since the 2020 musical was a live adaptation of the movie's storyline, in anticipation of the show's premiere, the caliber laid and fan expectations were thought to be insurmountable. This motivated the producers to seek out the top team who were available, which resulted in a successful stage adaptation lauded by audiences not just in West End, but also Tokyo and the U.S. tour.

The musical has already been spearheaded by famed actors and actresses on New York's Broadway including Tony Award-winning Roger Bart as Doc Brown, Casey Likes as main character Marty McFly, and Olivier Award Nominee Hugh Coles as George McFly, working with many seasoned performers of the Broadway world as part of the musical’s company. Supporting the cast, known creatives such as Alan Silvestri (Grammy and Emmy Awards winner) and Glen Ballard (six-time Grammy winner) wrote new and original music and lyrics for the play, joining Gale and Zemeckis in producing a remarkable live version.

Because of fresh and modern technical execution, the new musical adaptation has achieved astounding success. In its two largest productions, the musical was generally reviewed positively, getting seven Olivier nominations and obtaining Best New Musical while also accumulating nominations for Best Featured Actor in a Musical (for Roger Bart's Doc Brown) and Best Scenic Design.

Seats to this smashing inclusion to the global stage may now be purchased by heading to the links that can be seen on the top of this page.
